Ford Healthcare Systems, LLC Home About Us Employment Facilities Contact Us Ford Healthcare Systems, LLC was established in February of 2006 by Dan and Jeanette Ford. Jeanette had previously worked for an agency for about 10 years and had retained extensive knowledge of how an agency should be run. During this time, she developed many personal relationships in many different facilities. So, when our agency was created, the facilities knew by her work ethic what type of people we would have working for us.

Dan had previously been a supervisor for a telecommunications company. The opportunity to work next to Jeanette and build something special was something he couldn't turn down. Dan has a degree in Business Administration and will be working on receiving a Nursing Home Admin. license in the near future.

We are located in a small town in Western Nebraska named Chappell. We are not a huge corporation. We are basically a mom and pop company. We believe in developing personal relationships with our employees and with the facilities we are fortunate to provide staffing to. We have the best employees and it shows with the reputation we are creating for ourselves. We currently provide staffing for 28 facilities and have approximately 90 employees and are always looking for more.
